MF Soldano FM9 is a preset for Fractal FM9 based on the legendary Soldano SLO-100 — the amp that redefined high-gain guitar tone and became the secret weapon of icons like Eric Clapton, Mark Knopfler, Lou Reed, and countless rock and metal legends.

The SLO-100 (Super Lead Overdrive) was hand-built by Mike Soldano starting in 1987. Its cascading preamp gain stages deliver an unmatched combination of articulation, compression, and raw power — from pristine cleans to crushing lead tones that cut through any mix. That unmistakable singing sustain and explosive dynamics are all here, captured and ready for your FM9.

What's inside:

  • 1 preset – 8 carefully crafted scenes: Lead, Crunch, Clean, Effects and more
  • From crystal-clean sparkle to saturated, singing lead tones
  • Tight, punchy low-end with vocal midrange character
  • DynaCab IR included
  • Ready for live performance and recording sessions

Requirements: Firmware 12.0 or later
